Nursery Entitlement
At Ledbury Primary School we accept Early Education Funding (EEF) for all our eligible nursery pupils.
You do not have to use the full entitlement if you don't want to. The 15/30 hours entitlement can be shared with another provider if you wish, but you cannot claim for more than 15/30 hours a week in total. The entitlement stops once your child starts reception class in a state school.
This funding can be used in our main morning and afternoon sessions and also wraparound care.
Sessions are as follows:
- Little Larks: 7:30am - 9:00am
- Early Starters: 8:30am-9:00am
- Morning Session: 9:00am - 12:00pm
- Afternoon Session: 12:00pm- 3:00pm
- Little Owls 1: 3:00pm - 4:00pm
- Little Owls 2: 3:00pm - 5:00pm
- Little Owls 3: 3:00pm - 5:30pm
You can spread your 15 / 30 hour EEF entitlement across these sessions.
Please note: EEF funding is applied in a priority ranking; Main Morning / Afternoon sessions and then wraparound subsequently. Any hours over your entitlement will be charged at the rates detailed below.
Nursery fees for 2026-2027 are as follows:

Chargeable Extras
Hot Meals (Optional) - £2.85
We do not make a charge for consumables like nappies and wipes, neither do we supply these. Parents are asked to provide these items for their child and maintain a good stock in their bag.
