The principal aim of Religious Education in Herefordshire schools is;
'To engage pupils in enquiring into and exploring questions arising from the study of religion and belief, so as to promote their personal, spiritual, moral, social and cultural development.'
Each term, we organise a designated RE Week where each class spend the week focusing on an RE Topic from our curriculum.
Our most recent RE Week focused on Christianity and year groups explored topics such as Creation, what God is like, the Gospel, The Trinity and Christianity and Humanism.
A few good quotes that reflect our values.
