Spring

Welcome to the Spring Term in Year 3!

 

Geography will be our focus this term. Our work will be based largely on rainforests and our overarching question ‘How does the rainforest affect us and how can we protect it?’.  We will begin the term by studying a book called ‘The Explorer’ by Katherine Rundell which is set in the Amazon rainforest. From there, we will have the opportunity to explore in great detail the life around the Amazon and touch on all the topical environmental issues that surround this subject.
