We are looking forward to a fantastic year and thank you in advance for all the support you give to your child’s learning at home.

Why not follow our progress on social media:

Bailey is our school dog. He is owned and trained by Mrs Haines and spends most days relaxing in the classroom.  He also does group work and reading sessions with individual children.  Research has shown that dogs can have a calming effect on children and can increase their concentration and motivation levels and generally make a positive contribution to a school's wellbeing.

All children at LPS have been taught how to stroke Bailey appropriately and know what to do if they see him around school. The children in Year 5 will have the opportunity to walk Bailey at playtimes throughout the year and to learn some basic tricks.

Internet Safety. We talk about how important this is at school but you might want to look at some of the activities and information on the website too.

For any paper copies requests for any of the documents on the website free of charge, please contact the school office.
