A beautifully cool afternoon in the dapple shade in Forest School. Filled with tasty s’mores and a smokey fire

Such an exciting morning full of curiosity and imaginative play. We discovered different beetle larvae in the pond, tadpoles that are sprouting legs, caterpillars in abundance and some lovely collaborations whilst playing cavemen and making musical instruments out of grass.

Summer session with 3EW: We discovered some burrowing frogs, some incredible bungy jumping caterpillars and some rather large tadpoles!

Summer Term Session 1: Blossom filled trees, a pond full of tadpoles, snails hotels, just so much to do and not enough time!

Spring Term - Session 1 TRUST game and plenty of exploring - Bug hotels, Frog spawn, Den building and plenty of beautiful SUNSHINE!

Session 4: Wet, Muddy Forest School but lots of fun!

Session 3: Knot tying followed by some amazing Tudor links in imaginative play. Pupils made daub and ink with quills.
